BIO
Rachel was born and raised in mainland China. After graduating from one of the top journalism schools in China, she pursued a master’s degree in international journalism studies in Hong Kong. Her career started in Hong Kong as a journalist and editor for the national leading news agency in its Asian pacific bureau.
Prior to attending law school, Rachel worked as a policy researcher in the Hong Kong legislator’s office where she has accumulated extensive experience in public policy and legislation’s scrutiny.
Rachel is proficient in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
